Nikolas prides himself as a great communicator and relies on solutions based on real-world experiences. Part of his strength is his ability to interpret business needs and drive decision-making. He loves interacting with people and building relationships, as well as using communication tools to “connect the dots” and resolve complicated situations and business challenges. He also loves to share stories and lessons learned from his own life to help inspire and motivate others.

Nikolas holds two bachelor’s and two master’s degrees from the Universities of Massachusetts, Suffolk, and Harvard, and has also been awarded an excellence certificate for his “Hard Work and Contribution” during his tenure at Harvard’s JFK Executive Education. Nikolas dedicated part of his studies to psychology, which he believes have solidified his appreciation of relationship-building and communication practices. Albeit an avid business traveler, Nikolas has put down roots in Boston where he is active in philanthropy and academic mentorship projects for Boston University, MIT, and others.
